You may request shipping insurance on your item for a charge of $15. We recommend that you not ship any product without proper insurance.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. All items returned must be in new and unused condition, accompanied by original packaging and original receipt. Please call or email us first for authorization prior to returning your item.
All orders are processed immediately after purchase. If we cannot ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you promptly.

After completing your order processing offline, we thoroughly destroy all credit card information and personal information to ensure your security.
